Missions

As a church we are involved in and support many missions projects both locally and internationally. Through financial aid and the hard work of many volunteers from our church we are able to make a difference sharing Jesus’ love.

Local:

We are actively involved in:

  • Volunteers make breakfast for the kids of KPS in the morning, being both a positive influence in their life and for some providing food which might be hard to come by.

  • Volunteers teach scripture in local schools, sharing the good news of Jesus, teaching kids about the bible and allowing for them to explore their faith.

  • Every school holidays, we host a bunch of kids from the local community to make craft, play games, learn about God and just have fun in a positive environment!

We financially support:

International:

Timor Leste:

We support and partner with Yooralla Youth Ministries in the following ministries

  • Casa Vida exists as a special support home to create and guarantee specialized assistance for young girls.

The training programs in Casa Vida aims to help young girls in crisis situations to become healthy, happy, well-adjusted, educated and skilled.

  • Kids Ark is a registered NGO working with the poor in Hera. Caring for the most vulnerable, Kids Ark has developed projects for child survival, improved healthcare, school education, nurture and development.

  • Access to education is not only a basic human right, but also a key factor to reduce poverty and child labour. Shallom School is a pre-kindergarten through grade 9 independent school.

  • Projeto Montanha is a non-profit organisation, headquartered in Aileu district, within the island of Timor-Leste, working to serve the Timorese families with love, seeking their integral development.

Nigeria:

Christian Faith Ministries (Kent and Ruth Hodge)

CFM in Nigeria provides comprehensive support to displaced persons, widows, and orphans. This includes education at various levels (from primary to vocational), medical care (including 24-hour specialist services), and crisis accommodation. They also facilitate peace building initiatives by bringing together youth from different backgrounds through education and gospel outreach. CFM's impact extends beyond direct aid, with Bible college graduates planting churches across the nation and agricultural programs fostering community development.
